For your convenience, we have outlined our full Terms of Service below.
Your child’s lesson booking is ongoing until you notify us in writing that you wish to cancel.
Payments are processed from your nominated account on the 10 th for the swim block of the 15th to the 14th of each month. If there are insufficient funds in your nominated bank account or credit card to meet the debit payment, you may incur a penalty of $10.
Please note, payments are not refundable.
Written notice of your cancellation is required by close of business on the 7th of the month, to ensure no further payments are processed.
There are no credits, reductions or replacement lessons offered for single missed lessons.
Please note: One replacement lesson per swim block is available for Squirts, Splashers and Squids.
Periods of two or more consecutive lessons will be eligible to request a ‘Lifestyle Hold’. This will reduce the price of your lessons by 50%, for the duration of your absence. To apply the ‘Lifestyle Hold’, simply notify the centre prior to the first lesson time you will miss, also letting them know how many weeks you will be away.
In the scenario where your lesson falls on a single public holiday in your paid swim block, please contact reception to book your replacement lesson.
Lessons are not conducted over the Easter and Christmas breaks (please refer to swim school calendar for dates).
Payments for this swim block are adjusted accordingly.
Any credit on your Aquatic Achievers account remains valid for 6 months from the cancellation date.
Parent or Guardian must remain at the facility throughout the entire lesson. Children and their safety remain the responsibility of Parent or Guardians at all times, except when the teacher has invited them to enter the pool for the swimming lesson and the duration of the lesson.
Aquatic Achievers places great importance on the privacy of our customers. From time to time we use photographs and videos of lessons, events or centre operations for promotional purposes. In cases where we wish to use up close images or a photograph/video that focuses on the specifics of a child or parent (as opposed to group, scenic or facility shots) we will always ask for and obtain written consent from our customers. While Aquatic Achievers retains the ownership of this media and the right to use it, any request from our customers to remove images from our digital media will be done so immediately.
As we welcome our customers to take photography or video of their child at swimming lessons, we do so with the following agreements in place:
Current promotion offer of “4 lessons for $4” is valid for new customers only, upon presentation of flyer containing the offer. These offers are not redeemable for cash or valid with any other offer or discount. This offer is available at our North Lakes swim school only at this time. The offer is limited to one offer per student, so if you have more than one child, they are each more than welcome to redeem the offer at time of their registration.
Aquatic Achievers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the facilities, services, fees or to modify these terms, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will always have the most up to date terms on our website at aquaticachievers.com.au/terms-of-service. By continuing with Aquatic Achiever’s services after these terms are updated, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
