Create a Lifelong Love of Swimming with Aquatic Achievers
Here at Aquatic Achievers, we believe it is essential to learn to swim. With so many beautiful beaches to choose from, it makes sense that we should get Aussie kids to feel safe, confident, and strong in the water from as early as possible. With our Warriewood facilities, we are committed to helping the littlest of the Northern Beaches community safely into the water with our learn to swim programs. Starting as young as 3-months, our programs are structured to celebrate achievement, development, and a lifelong love of spending time in the water.
FAQs About Our Swim School
Where are your facilities located on the Northern Beaches?
Aquatic Achievers are conveniently located in Warriewood, on the Northern Beaches. You can find our swim school at 6/2 Daydream Street. The pool itself is fully enclosed and heated, with on pool deck viewing area. We’ve got on-site parking, shower, and change facilities.
Our classes aim to provide swimming lessons in Sydney to babies, children, and young adults across the local suburbs including Mona Vale, Narrabeen, Elanora Heights, Dee Why, and all local suburbs of the Northern Beaches.
How often do children need to attend swimming lessons?
Like anything – practice makes perfect. Learning to swim comes down to frequency and consistency. For very young swimmers, we recommend weekly lessons to kick-start their learn to swim journey and begin getting comfortable in the water.
What ages do you cater to?
At Aquatic Achievers, we proudly teach babies, toddlers, and primary school children to swim. We want to help as many children as possible and implement this through the following age-based programs at our Northern Beaches swim school:
Age Range | Development Focus |
0-3 years | Foundational safety, confidence, and coordination development |
3-5 years | Solo swimming, core safety, and social skills development |
5+ years | Building endurance, stroke development, and further safety skills development |
Are your instructors certified?
Absolutely – we take the certification and qualification of swimming teachers very seriously at Aquatic Achievers. Our team of instructors are certified by one of Australia’s leading industry partners, Austswim. Every member of our team has completed a comprehensive ‘Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety’ training course and has clearly demonstrated the necessary ability to teach swimming and water safety to a high standard.
