Summary

The primary aim of this level is to do 4 catch-up Freestyle arms. Catch-up Freestyle is the simplest & most effective way to teach young children the correct Freestyle stroke. We also teach kids to do 10 metres of back-kicking in this level. The main challenge of the Arms level is to coordinate the entire body to create strong propulsion.
