The primary aim of this level is to comfortably swim 10 metres of catch-up Freestyle. Correct breathing and proper body rotation is the key to developing quality Freestyle technique. We also teach kids to do 10 metres of back-kicking. The main challenge of the Breathers level is to maintain correct horizontal body position while rolling to breathe. Children often find this level more difficult, however, our strong emphasis on developing a correct breathing technique here, is one of the keys to the success in future levels.
