Do lessons run during school holidays?

Yes, lessons run as per usual. We even offer additional Boost Lessons during the holidays for only $11.50/lesson, to help student’s boost their progress through attending extra lessons while they have the time.

Can I park at the centre?

Certainly. All centres offer off-street parking for your convenience. There are peak lesson times where this off-street parking may become full, but there is often additional street parking to assist.

Note: Our Paddington centre offers additional parking on corner of Central Ave and Herbert St [at the rear of the centre].

What gear do we need for lessons?

Children under 3 will need to wear a swim nappy during their lesson. Disposable swim nappies are readily available for purchase at Reception if required.

Ages 3 and up [from Seals level] will need a swimming cap and goggles for their lessons.

Once you child reaches our Mini Sharks level, they will then need a pair of flippers for their lessons.

How much do your lessons cost?

The cost of a monthly booking in our program depends on your choice of options:

1 lesson per week: $99.50/month

2 lessons per week: $149.30/month

1 private lesson per week: $200/month

How does your billing work?

Our lessons are billed via monthly direct debit, which occurs on the 10th of each month. The billing period is from 15th of the month to the following 14th of the next month e.g. September 15 – October 14.

Do you offer make up lessons?

One replacement lesson [per monthly swim block] is available for our Squirts, Splashers and Squids levels.

There are no credits, reductions or replacement lessons offered for single missed lessons beyond these levels.

I'm going on holidays, can I adjust my booking?

Periods of two or more consecutive lessons will be eligible to request a ‘Lifestyle Hold’. This will reduce the price of your lessons by 50%, for the duration of your absence. To apply the ‘Lifestyle Hold’, simply notify the centre prior to the first lesson time you will miss, also letting them know how many weeks you will be away.

Do lessons run on public holidays?

If your lesson falls on a single public holiday in your paid swim block, please contact reception to book a replacement lesson.

Do you close over Easter or Christmas?

We do take breaks over the Easter and Christmas periods (dates available on Annual Calendar). Dates for 2018 are:

Easter break – March 30 – April 2

Christmas break – December 22 – Jan 4, 2019

Note: payment amounts for these periods are automatically adjusted to reflect closures.
