The primary aim of this level is to comfortably torpedo kick for 5 metres. Kicking in a torpedo position with the arms above the head, rapidly increases the core strength which lays the foundation for quality Freestyle. We also teach kids to kick on their back while holding a kickboard. The main challenge of the Kickers level is to build the necessary core strength to maintain correct body position, with a long relaxed kick.
