Your child’s lesson booking is ongoing until you notify us that you wish to cancel.
Payments are processed from your nominated account on the 10 th for the swim block of the 15th to the 14th of each month. If there are insufficient funds in your nominated bank account or credit card to meet the debit payment, you may incur a penalty.
If you experience an issue with one of our products or services, please speak to our team about a remedy in the form of a replacement or Aquatic Achievers account credit. We don’t however offer these remedies for a change of mind.
Notice of your cancellation is required by close of business on the 7th of the month, to ensure no further payments are processed.
Students can access up to 4 replacement lessons each calendar year (Jan – Dec). Lessons will need to be cancelled prior to their starting time, in order to access a replacement. Any remaining entitlements will reset on January 1 of each year.
Replacement lessons are offered subject to availability. Although the suitability of available replacement times can not be guaranteed, our team will always do their best accommodate your family’s schedule.
Periods of two or more consecutive lessons will be eligible to request a ‘Lifestyle Hold’. This will reduce the price of your lessons by 50%, for the duration of your absence. To apply the ‘Lifestyle Hold’, simply notify the centre prior to the first lesson time you will miss, also letting them know how many weeks you will be away.
In the scenario where your lesson falls on a single public holiday in your paid swim block, please contact reception to book your replacement lesson.
Lessons are not conducted over the Easter and Christmas breaks (please refer to swim school calendar for dates).
Payments for this swim block are adjusted accordingly.
Any credit on your Aquatic Achievers account remains valid for 6 months from the cancellation date.
Students remain the responsibility of their Parent/Guardian at all times. Even though teachers will share in this responsibility during lessons, we ask that Parents/Guardians never leave the centre during this time.
Aquatic Achievers places great importance on the privacy of our customers. From time to time we use photographs and videos of lessons, events or centre operations for promotional purposes. In cases where we wish to use up close images or a photograph/video that focuses on the specifics of a child or parent (as opposed to group, scenic or facility shots) we will always ask for and obtain written consent from our customers. While Aquatic Achievers retains the ownership of this media and the right to use it, any request from our customers to remove images from our digital media will be done so immediately.
As we welcome our customers to take photography or video of their child at swimming lessons, we do so with the following agreements in place:
Superhero Safety Week VIP Magic Passes Competition (now closed)
Our VIP Magic Pass prize draw is open to current students of all Aquatic Achievers Swim Schools locations, excluding employees of Aquatic Achievers and their families. Total prize pool is 4 x VIP Magic Theme Park passes. Children must dress as their favourite superhero or life saving role model to be eligible to enter the draw. Max one entry per student. Competition drawn Tuesday October 24, 2017. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email.
Summer Holiday Travel Gift Card Competition (now closed)
Our Summer Holiday Flight Centre gift card prize draw is open to current students of all Aquatic Achievers Swim Schools locations, excluding employees of Aquatic Achievers and their families. Total prize pool is 1 x $500 Flight Centre gift card. Students or their guardian must obtain an official Summer Holiday ‘Boarding Pass’, answer the 3 required questions correctly, as well as complete their name and contact number to ensure each entry entered the draw is valid. Max one entry per student, for each of the fortnightly holidays (4 entries in total). Competition drawn Tuesday December 5, 2017. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email.
Bring a Friend Offer
Offer entitles both you and a friend to a choice of 6 months of Netflix, or one month free lessons, after a friend that is introduced successfully registers with us. There is no limit to the amount of people you can introduce. Offer valid until May 31, 2019. Friends introduced can be new customers only. Offer value not redeemable for cash.
Complimentary Upgrade Offer
Offer invites current customers and new customers of Aquatic Achievers the opportunity to receive a complimentary upgrade to try our 2 lessons/week package for 1 month. Offer ends June 30, 2019. Limit of 1 upgrade offer per student. Offer value not transferable, or redeemable for cash or credit. Excludes students currently booking on our 2 lesson/week package. Available at Aspley, Chandler, Gumdale and North Lakes centres only.
Learn to Live Offer
Offer valid for new students only under 3 years of age. Offer value not redeemable for cash or credit. Limit of one complimentary month of lessons per new student. Offer available until May 15, 2019 only.
Aquatic Achievers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the facilities, services, fees or to modify these terms, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will always have the most up to date terms on our website at aquaticachievers.com.au/terms-of-service. By continuing with Aquatic Achiever’s services after these terms are updated, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
