The aim of this level is to comfortably swim 100 metres of catch-up Freestyle. In this level, we continue refining and improving the stroke, allowing children to in turn swim greater distances. We also introduce Butterfly kicking in this level to help kids improve their core strength, along with reenforcing their Backstroke. The main challenge of this level is to develop the stamina and endurance needed to maintain the correct Freestyle technique.
4 laps 4-stroke breathing catch-up Freestyle.
4 laps single-arm Backstroke with correct start and finish.
4 laps 2-stroke breathing catch-up Freestyle.
4 laps single-arm Backstroke.
2 laps 4-stroke breathing catch-up Freestyle.
1 lap Buttefly-kick with flippers.
