What would the role involve?
- Champion a safe centre culture
- Recruit, onboard and train new team members
- Create lesson schedules and team rosters
- Coordinate training and development for the team
- Keep the team informed using multiple communication channels
- Celebrate with your team…often
- Ensure compliance with policies, processes and systems to ensure success

What you'll need for the role
- Undergo a Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates
- A Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Hold (or be open to obtaining) a Plantroom Certification
- Hold (or be open to obtaining) an Assessor / Presenter industry qualification
