What would the role involve?

Guide their journey

Providing the knowledge and solutions for each step of their journey will be the core of the role. Assisting potential, new and current families with their experience, along with those successfully completing the program.
- Help with swim gear sales and advice
- Educate on our evolving service tools and resources
- Manage booking, account and other needs
- Celebrate fun and progression across key events and family milestones

What you'll need for the role

You'll need to undergo a 'Working with Children Check' (or equivalent), as well as maintain a valid CPR Certificate.
