What will the role involve?

- Planning shift delivery and briefings
- Assessing children’s progression against milestones & aims
- Troubleshooting any progression challenges
- Providing progress updates to parents and guardians
- Providing feedback and support to Teachers
- Supporting safety and operational tasks (eg water testing, safety walks)

What you'll need for the role?

- Hold an industry recognised Swim Teacher Certification
- Undergo a Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
- Obtain First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Obtain a Pool Lifeguard Certificate
