What would my role involve?
- Keeping children safe in their lessons
- Developing relationships with children and parents
- Delivering lesson plans for the levels you teach
- Correcting and improving technique
- Troubleshooting progression challenges
- Recognising, rewarding and celebrating achievements
- Planning teaching strategies with your Progress Advisors
- Developing your teaching knowledge
- Supporting your fellow Teachers
What you'll need for the role
- An industry recognised [Swim Teacher] qualification
- A CPR Certificate
- A Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
- Paid, on the job training
What future pathways will I have?
- Become a highly experienced Teacher and/or mentor to others
- Specialise in teaching areas like infants, or access & inclusion
- Become a Squad Coach
- Become a Team Trainer
- Join our Management Trainee Program to become a future leader
